Shipping policy
Overview
At Saint Rosé, every order is handled with the same care and intention that goes into our jewellery. We want your piece to arrive safely, beautifully packaged and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During high-demand periods such as product launches, sales and holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. We will communicate any delays via email.
Domestic Shipping — Australia
Standard Shipping
Cost: 9.70 AUD
Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days
Delivered via Australia Post with tracking included. A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched.
Express Shipping
Cost: 12.70 AUD
Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days
Delivered via Australia Post Express with tracking included. Available to most metropolitan and regional areas across Australia.
Free Shipping
All domestic orders over 100 AUD qualify for free standard shipping. This is automatically applied at checkout — no code required.
International Shipping
Cost: Calculated at checkout
Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days depending on destination
We ship internationally to most countries. All international orders are sent with tracking. Delivery timeframes vary by country and are subject to local customs processing times.
Please note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or fees charged by their country upon arrival. Saint Rosé is not responsible for these charges and they are not included in the shipping cost.
Saint Rosé is not liable for any delays caused by customs processing or local postal services.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your order via the Australia Post website or your local postal carrier for international orders. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Saint Rosé is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at contactus@saintroseau.com and we will do our best to make the correction before dispatch.
Lost or Damaged Orders
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at contactus@saintroseau.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue and photos where applicable. We will work with you to find the best resolution as quickly as possible.
