Change of Mind
We offer change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible:

The item must be unworn and unused

Returned in original packaging

In the same condition you received it
Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if the product has a major fault.
If a fault is confirmed, we will cover return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:

Items that show signs of wear or damage

Items not returned in original condition

Sale or clearance items
Processing Time
Returns are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the item.
Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.
